Formed in 2021, this team has stayed united by a shared ambition to reinvent food retail on the high street. Blending deep industry knowledge with entrepreneurial drive and long-standing friendships, we are building a fresh, exciting and modern food experience designed for today’s consumer.
The MooD menu’s offer an incredible range of fresh daily salads, complimented by a wide range of proteins and seasonal hot dishes, including our signature hot salt beef. Quality ingredients are also an essential part of the process, produce sourced responsibly, with local suppliers used whenever possible. The renowned hot salt beef comes from the south of England, chosen for its clear provenance and dependable quality.
