Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the MyMood UK website and to orders placed through our website.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

This website is operated by Moody Cow Ltd.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Moody Cow Ltd, Company Number 12230266, registered in England and Wales.

Registered Office: 3 Artillery Row, London, SW1P 1RH.

VAT Number: GB 381 2768 78.

Email: hello@mymood.uk.

2. Our Website

Our website allows customers to view our food and drink menu, place online orders, arrange collection or delivery, and contact us.

We use WordPress, WooCommerce and Orderable to provide our online ordering functionality.

We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information, product availability, prices or images will always be completely accurate or error-free.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your basket.

Your order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where items are unavailable, there is an error in pricing or product information, the delivery address is outside our delivery area, or we are unable to fulfil the order for operational reasons.

If we need to cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

As we prepare fresh food and drink items, some products may occasionally be unavailable or may vary slightly from the images or descriptions shown on the website.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we may contact you to discuss a suitable alternative or refund the unavailable item.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Prices may include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made at the time of placing your order through the payment methods available on the website.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal or other supported WooCommerce payment gateways.

We do not store full payment card details on our website or servers.

6. Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value of £75 applies to online orders.

Orders below the minimum order value may not be accepted through the website.

We reserve the right to amend the minimum order value from time to time.

7. Collection

Where collection is available, you must collect your order from the store at the collection time selected or agreed when placing your order.

Please ensure you arrive at the correct time, as fresh food and drink items may be prepared to suit the selected collection slot.

If you do not collect your order, payment will not normally be refunded, as the food will have been prepared for you.

8. Delivery

We offer local delivery within our delivery area.

Our delivery area is generally approximately 500 metres from the store address, but this may be amended from time to time depending on operational requirements.

If your address is outside our delivery area, the website may prevent you from placing a delivery order, or we may contact you if we are unable to deliver after your order has been placed.

Delivery times are estimates only. We will do our best to deliver within the selected or agreed delivery window, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

9. Office Deliveries and Unavailable Recipients

For office deliveries, it is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery location and time.

If no one is available to receive the order, or if we are unable to access the delivery location, the order may be returned to the store.

As fresh food and drink items are prepared specifically for the order, payment will not normally be refunded if delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details, lack of access, or no one being available to receive the order.

10. Cancellations

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our food and drink products, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been taken.

Please check your order carefully before completing payment.

This does not affect your statutory rights if there is a problem with your order.

11. Refunds and Issues With Orders

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mymood.uk.

We may ask for details of the issue, including photos where appropriate.

Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion where an order is incorrect, missing items, damaged, or otherwise not supplied as expected.

We will not normally offer refunds where the issue is caused by incorrect customer information, failure to collect, no one being available to accept delivery, or a change of mind after the order has been placed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

12. Allergens and Dietary Information

We take allergens and dietary requirements seriously.

Allergen information should be checked before placing an order. If you have an allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, please review the information provided on the website and contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Food is prepared in an environment where allergens may be present. Although we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that any item will be completely free from traces of allergens.

Customers are responsible for making us aware of any allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement before placing an order.

Where required, allergen information will be made available before purchase and when the food is delivered or collected.

13. Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, contact details, billing details, delivery address, order notes and any relevant dietary or allergy information.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

14. Accounts

Customers may have the option to create an account on the website.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts where necessary, including where we believe the account is being misused.

15. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, design and layout, belongs to Moody Cow Ltd or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce or use website content without our permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

16. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and working correctly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

We may need to update, maintain or temporarily suspend the website from time to time.

We are not responsible for losses caused by website downtime, technical issues or third-party service failures.

17. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or from an order placed through the website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights.

18. Privacy and Cookies

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies is explained in our Cookie Policy.

Please read these policies carefully before using the website or placing an order.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

By continuing to use the website after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms & Conditions.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
